He completed M. Phil and MS in Clinical Psychology and also MS in Psychology from University of Dhaka. He is also International Certified Addiction Professional and UN certified External Stress Counselor. He has above 11 years working experience with Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM), icddrb, Nasiruallh Psychotherapy Unit (NPU), Department of Clinical Psychology, University of Dhaka, and drug treatment centers. He has received several trainings on various topics related counseling; like- Universal Treatment Curriculum for Substance Use Disorders (UTC), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Social Skill Training (SST), Anger Management, Stress management, Systemic & Family Therapy Training, Universal Family Skills Programme by UNODC for prevention of drug, violence and crime. He is the Master Trainer and conducting trainings for Addiction Professionals. Now, he is working as Project Coordinator of Health Sector, Dhaka Ahsania Mission. He is the members of various associations; like- Bangladesh Clinical Psychology Society (BCPS), Bangladesh Psychology Association (BPA) and International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP).
